    All AFTS 2014 papers have been indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus ! (July 5,2014)

 

Annual Food Technology Symposium (AFTS) aims to bring together scientists,engineers and students to discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted about all aspects of food technology.  In 2015, AFTS will be held in Hong Kong during 4-5 April 2015.       

All AFTS 2015 papers will be published and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus (Elsevier) for indexing. You are invited to submit papers in all areas of food technology.

 

1.The list of topics includes (but is not limited to) : 
      -- Food chemistry 
      -- Food machinery 
      -- Food Processing and Preservation 
      -- Food storage and transportation 
      -- Quality, Safety and Risk in food
      -- Food and health 
      -- Others

 

2. Paper submission
    Manuscripts should be written in English. All papers should ideally not exceed 5 pages in length. Whenever applicable, submissions must include the following elements: title, authors, affiliations, abstract, introduction, main text, conclusions and references.
    Author should format their paper according to template. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register the work.

3. Registration fees 
     Normal Author Fees: 450 USD / 2700 RMB 
     Listener Fees :        250 USD / 1500RMB
